It was our pleasure to work with Dewi to find our first house in downtown Toronto. His amazing personality made for fun house viewings and conversation during our time together. More importantly however, Dewi is a good agent! Daily updates were usually followed with text, emails or calls. His knowledge of the Toronto housing market is quite impressive. We never felt as though we had to chase our agent, he was always available and accommodating of our schedule.

We truly feel that we would not have our house without his dedication to our house search. The day our house came on the market Dewi was able to get us in for a viewing and worked with us until after midnight to put in an offer. As a result we were able to get our offer in and accepted before some higher bidders made it into the equation. We will happily recommend Dewi to our friends and family.

When I decided it was time to sell my first home and buy a duplex with a friend, I was referred to Dewi. Dewi certainly had his challenges with the both of us - each with very different ideas as to what we wanted in our next home - you could say at opposite ends of the spectrum. Through Dewi's expertise and patience he brought us closer together in our expectations and in the end we found the perfect place within our price range! We absolutely love our new downtown digs, which has parking I might add - bonus!

Selling my first home was a real emotional experience. I bought my fixer-upper and poured my heart and soul into renovating it, but I was ready for a change in lifestyle so I knew it was time to sell. Dewi was there to help me to get ready to list. He packed boxes and gave me hand with decluttering. His expert advice on how to highlight the wonderful features of the house really shone through in the listing flyer. It made me want to put in an offer! Through his efforts, I received multiple offers and when it was time to receive and review the offers, he was there to give advice and hand over the Kleenex box when all was signed and done.
