Dewi's main focus is the residential and condominium markets in Toronto, though he has had many referrals from satisfied clients, whose needs have taken him much further afield such as Mississauga, Oakville Milton, Burlington, Brantford and Ajax!
"A lot of my clients are making the move from their urban dwellings to the Suburbs, so much so, it was important to me to have full access to the Oakville and Milton Real Estate Boards in addition to the Toronto Real Estate Board so that I could quickly find new listings for my buyers in the area as well as be able to research previous prices, trends and statistic for my clients".
Dewi was honoured to one of the recipients of the Chairman’s Awards for both 2009 and 2010, as well as being in the Top Ten Sales Representative at the Downtown office also in 2010.
Real Estate is not just about finding and selling houses, but counselling, patience diplomacy and creativity, and finds his previous jobs as a successful ballet dancer for over 20 years and also as a cabin crew manager gives him invaluable experience that he brings with him to the world of real estate
