Dewi's main focus is the residential and condominium markets in Toronto, Etobicoke, Oakville, Milton, Burlington & Hamilton though he has had many referrals from satisfied clients, whose needs have taken him much further afield such as Brantford and Ajax, and referrals from Nova Scotia, Ottawa, and Toronto agents, who's clients are moving to one of the areas he works, but themselves are unfamiliar with the markets.

"A lot of my clients are making the move from their urban dwellings to the suburbs, so much so, it was important to me to have full access to the Oakville and Milton Real Estate Board, Realtors Association Of Hamilton & Burlington, in addition to the Toronto Real Estate Board so that I could quickly find new listings for my buyers and sellers in their desired areas, as well as be able to research previous prices, trends & statistic for my clients".

Dewi was honoured to one of the recipients of the Chairman’s Awards for both 2009 and 2010, as well as being in the Top Ten Sales Representative at the Downtown office of Bosley Real Estate Ltd, also in 2010. Dewi joined Royal LePage Real Estate Services in December 2010 where he has the support and experience of some of the top producing agents in Canada, himself receiving the distinction of the President's Gold Award for 2011.

Real Estate is not just about finding and selling houses, but counselling, patience diplomacy and creativity, and finds his previous jobs as a successful ballet dancer for over 20 years and also as a cabin crew manager with an international airline gives him invaluable experience that he brings with him to the world of real estate.
